Gray stocks service and repair parts for shipment to destinations in the United States within 48 hours. Service parts are also available throughout the world from our international partners.
Since we make almost all parts for our equipment, you can call Gray for a part or repair kit and we usually have it in stock, ready to ship overnight – and it will be factory original. Our modular design also makes repairs easy. If you choose to repair the equipment yourself, a Gray service representative can talk you through each step.
Also available within the United States is our equipment refurbishing program. Gray equipment can be returned to the factory for refurbishing. If you choose to send it to our factory, our service technicians can return your Gray equipment to “like new” condition. We always give an upfront estimate and return your equipment within two weeks getting you back to business as usual in record time…no matter where you are.
